Work from anywhere in the US
Every role below is open to remote candidates. We work with great people all across the United States. We're based in New York City and love when folks can join us in person or hybrid, but being in NYC is a plus, never a requirement.
Open Roles
Delivery / Engagement Lead
Own client outcomes end-to-end so our founder can stop being the single point of failure on every engagement. You'll run the full arc of each client relationship: scoping work, planning deliverables, coordinating contractors and interns, keeping every workstream on track, and making sure each client feels genuinely well taken care of from kickoff to renewal.

Forward Deployed AI Consultant Intern
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our team inside real client engagements. You'll sit at the intersection of technology and people: rapidly prototyping AI solutions, writing and refining prompts on the fly, mapping client workflows, and translating messy business problems into working automations.
- Incredibly fast and intuitive with prompting
- Working understanding of APIs, data flows, SaaS tools, light scripting
- Stands out for organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

- Moves seamlessly between technical deep-dives and warm client conversations
AI Automation Engineer / Builder
Ship production-grade AI automations and agents alongside our founder. This is a deeply technical, hands-on building role. You'll own real systems end-to-end: agentic tool-calling loops, webhook services, integrations across APIs and SaaS tools, and the AI agents that power our internal operations and client deliverables.
- Strong full-stack background (Python/FastAPI, TypeScript, React, REST)
- Cloud deployment on platforms like Railway/Vercel
- Deep, practical mastery of prompting and the Claude/LLM toolchain
- Built and deployed real LLM-powered apps (agents, RAG, tool use, evals)
- Writes clean, maintainable code and moves fast without breaking what matters
AI Fellow (GTM, Advisory & Expert Tracks)
Our Fellowship is a flexible way to do real, high-impact work under the AI Experts banner without a traditional full-time commitment. Fellows plug into live engagements, lend their name and expertise to client work, and get access to our team, playbooks, and pipeline. We run three tracks, so pick the one that fits or pitch your own. It's a controlled, lower-risk environment to flex serious skills on real businesses.
- GTM / Growth: for aspiring and future founders who want real go-to-market reps. Own a channel, run growth experiments end-to-end, and learn what it takes to take a business to market
- C-Suite Advisor: for current/former CIOs, CDOs, CAIOs and other executives who want to advise our clients under the AI Experts banner, sit in on strategy, and shape AI roadmaps
